All orders placed through this site are pickup-only at the pop-up location and time displayed at checkout. Orders are prepared fresh; estimated wait times are approximate.

We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe, or in-person payment at pickup. Tax is calculated at checkout. By submitting an order you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown.

If we're unable to fulfill an order (out of an item, kitchen issue), we'll contact you and refund the full amount. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at jnrosero@gmail.com — we can't guarantee cancellation once cooking has started.

By checking the SMS consent box at checkout and submitting your phone number, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from Cielo 141 about your order status (order received, ready for pickup).

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens (gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, nuts, shellfish). We do our best to accommodate dietary needs noted in your order, but we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cielo 141 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the food we serve.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
