When you place an order through our site we collect:

• Your first name
• Your mobile phone number
• Your order details (items, modifiers, special notes)
• Payment information (handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number)

• To prepare and fulfill your order.
• To send you SMS notifications about your order status (order received, ready for pickup).
• To process payment via Stripe.
• To respond to questions or issues about your order.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We use Twilio to send SMS notifications about the status of your order (e.g. order received, order ready for pickup). You opt in to these messages by checking the consent box on our checkout page before placing an order — opt-in is required to place a text-receiving order, but you can always call ahead instead.

• Message frequency: varies — typically 2 messages per order (order received + ready for pickup).
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below.
• Carriers: we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier participation and message delivery are not guaranteed.

We keep order and contact information only as long as needed to run the business and meet legal/tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing jnrosero@gmail.com.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information. Payments are handled by Stripe; SMS messaging is handled by Twilio. Both are PCI-DSS / SOC-2 compliant providers.

Our site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we update this policy, we'll change the “Effective” date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page.
